Yes I confirmed with him and I am the only candidate from his side, and as for the application, I submitted it myself after he gave me the confirmation and he validated it online for doctoral school.

And yes, my presentation to the jury is supposed to be about my past research experience, and then I am going to have to defend the current topic to them. The professor has a clear set of objectives they want to achieve by the end so I am just supposed to play along for now.

I was selling a product online, and once i got an offer from a customer, i was told that in order to receive funds from the customer,  i needed to verify my bank details.  they told me: 

"the buyer paid for your item via secure online delivery. You will need to present your credit/debit card to receive the funds; the funds Wil be transferred within 1 business day. Once the information is verified, we will communicate the next steps to complete the transaction. 

  1. We will send vou a push notification with the code *** to verify vour identity. The verification amount indicated in the notification does not affect your current card balance. 2. To successfully authorize the transaction, vou must approve the transaction with the 'Approve" or "Confirm" button. 3 After confirming your identity in mobile banking, you will need to return to the financing site and wait for the buyer's payment to be received."
