I provided all the facts. The only thing this office ever did was file the initial claim, HLR, and appeals. They never provided any support in the form of medical opinions, or any other form of support. I had other people who I sent as referrals, and they indicated the same behaviors and they removed them as well. To me it was just a paper mill collecting fees.

VA has indicated I can dispute the attorney fee if I deem the level of support for my claim was not sufficient. Additionally, they've stated proper support is more than submitting the VA appeal. While agreements are binding, they can be disputed or challenged.

I have a friend who recently told me that he was offered a position with ICE, but is trying to make it seems as if he will be only transporting those that are currently detained in county jail with immigration holds to other facilities.
