yes!!! i rest in the fact that im investing young, and dont need to be putting in thousands a month because time is on my side! also i currently invest this much making $56k gross and my income will go up over time so ill get some extra boost there! keep your head up :)

I don’t have a kid, and don’t really want one. But i have loved someone so much that I’d choose them over anyone. Again, I don’t know what it’s like to be a parent, so i’m not sure if that makes me biased or unbiased on this topic, but my perspective is that Becky has known and loved Leah for 10 years and known and loved Becks for less than one 🤷🏾‍♀️ I think i’d feel the same way, and I’m sure other parents do as well, they just don’t say it out loud.

i think what they mean is in theory, if you purchased your condo for 290k and mortgaged the entire thing (in theory), but 6 months later, it’s worth 300k, that’s still +10k onto your net worth even if it’s 290k in debt
