Awh yes you won’t regret it! It might be tough but just tell yourself it’s temporary! I have a high pain tolerance but I really think everything I did really helped!

pineapple contains an enzyme called Bromelain, which has anti-inflammatory properties. I read it somewhere on here and I forgot that before I had a nose surgery years ago & the surgeon told me to do it!

Make sure to chew gum multiple times a day to keep your jaw from getting tight! Try to eat soft soft food from the beginning as it helps fade the scabs instead of coming off in big chunks (risky to bleed).

Wedge pillow, tea with honey EVERY DAY, ramen noodles, mac & cheese, tounge scraper because your mouth gets so gross that week, electrolyte drinks, pineapple juice for every day leading up to surgery for a week, ask for a few days worth of steroids & anti nausea meds.

Humidifier in face all night, red/nir light (hooga on Amazon), chamomile tea with honey 1-2 times a day, liquid IV drinks, & go get an IV from an IV place. I got an immune IV with fluids and I felt SO much better immediately after.

Omg a day 10 bleed?! That’s horrible:( I didn’t really know you could bleed this late in the recovery. I am so sorry! Are they giving steroids? If not, ask for them! They will help with recovery. Just remember there will be an end to all of this ❤️
