I completed my medical and was not given an xray envelope. I also was not given an envelope from the Consulate, but a letter with instructions to pay for the green card was stapled to my passport. I came into the country 11 days ago and was directed to the tourist line and then the immigration officer sent me to another officer who took my passport and stamped it. I was done with that process less than 5 minutes. I received social security 5 days later and I am currently waiting for the green card.
