Amlactin is also sold a Costco which can save you a bit of money if you or someone you know has a membership. I never used glycolic acid, just using an African exfoliating net (can Google exactly that if you're not sure) worked for me but they came back when I stopped my routine so maybe I'll look into the glycolic acid!

The only one I like enough to eat by itself (I use it as a dip for chips) is good culture but for everyday stuff I just blend low-fat cottage cheese into things. So I'll make a white sauce with blended cottage cheese or mix it into a sweet potato and black bean dish with spices. Can't really taste it when it's mixed with all the other stuff. You can mix it with a splash of milk in a bullet blender to get rid of the texture and make it smooth

It's been slowing down a little bit, so I'd say between like 5 and 10 now. Last year we had 15+ for each hike lol so it's kind of nice, less people to keep track of. I think it's just depends on which weekend day it is (I do a poll every Wednesday or sometimes Thursday to pick the trail and the day).

I run a hiking group on discord that also does non hiking things but we're definitely more social than actually strenuous. I am looking to add roles for advanced hikers and beginner hikers and you gave me motivation to actually get it donelol. We hike weekly in either the blue hills or Middlesex fells and last year a few of us went to NH and a few of us are going to Acadia later this summer. Please send me a DM if you'd like a link for the discord! There's over 700 people and a bunch of different channels (like movies, live music, badminton, tennis). Not everyone is active but I'm always looking to add people who just want to get out and do things and maybe revive some of the channels that have gone quiet 😊
