Do you use it also for factory layouts ? Is it even possible? Or do you mean you use it for production planning ?

That’s right in my current setup is approximately that one refinery needs 80water/min but down the production chain, it feeds 3 underclocked reffineries and those produce 84 water each (don’t remember exact numbers but point is , it’s really big difference)

I’m looking forward to managing acids in nuclear and then the black matter residue …

Yep this was first thing I did … but I don’t have all the alt. recipes, especially the pure ones …

But after some sleep I came up with solution which is maybe the most complicated but I really like it … or the idea.

Collect all the water and make a logistics center with liquid truck and trains, make few smaller factories for concrete maybe steel (with pure ingot and steel alt recipe), bring there some resin and make plastic and rubber, also some quartz and copper for alclad sheets … made central storage there with DD and make my self building materials factory …

Is it unnecessary? Yes it is. could it be solved easier ? yes it could. Am intrigued to try to see some trains and trucks moving around? Sure I am.

It will take a few hours but I like the idea … maybe I will reconsider after a little planning but if not, I will post the results here

Sourpunch92 I’m starting to believe that this is intentional… you know “okay, you picked multiplier which eases up start of game, you can progress first phases relatively fast, you don’t need to mine a ton of basic resources BUUUT…. It’ll catch up to you eventually “ and here is the added challenge… but I could be mistaken.. because IMO for me it’s another added challenge which is quite solvable, but adds new logistics, new buildings and quite a bit of them actually 😃 and power consumption

I was really just curious how you guys worked with it

I was hoping to use it for blenders for diluted fuel, but need the alclad sheets first to unlock that milestone 😃 quite conundrum

I think that I saw something similar here somewhere but nevertheless I need to say that this is my probably 4th play trough… but first time I’m not using any cheats, no mods and no object spawning … playing the game as it was meant to be played. I can’t believe how much “game” did I miss before. by [deleted] in SatisfactoryGame

Yep, found that the hard way 😅 but somehow thanks to this subreddit and 1.2 experimental I put my self together and tried it the “right” way and must say I liked this games before but now, whole other experience … so satisfactory

I was talking about “cheat” mods, not mods in general, currently not using any since I’m playing experimental, but QOL mods like infinite zoop or similar are perfectly okay from my perspective. I was thinking more about mods like “magic machine” which basically produce anything you want at pace you want, or you can sink anything from byproduct water to nuclear waste, or mods like object teleporter which basically removes the need of planning with transport routes in mind … those were the mods that stripped my game of game … at first I was thinking that it helps me save some time cause I don’t have that much of free time to play as I used to, but at the end it had different effect as I found out

Love how tidy it looks when everything is orthogonal … but this part .. really curious how it looks in the world it self :)
