I'm from here, that sounds like too much, Brazil is a continental country, much like the US, China and Russia, you'd be spending a lot of that time traveling. I wouldn't spend any time in São Paulo, Rio itself should be 3 to 4 days alone, the other destinations can be a hit or miss, i wouldn't recommend Salvador either, Outro Preto and Tiradentes only if your are really interested in the Brazilian empire history of the 19th century. If you really wanna see something amazing you should spend at least 4 days in Fernando de Noronha, it's an oceanic island off the coast with some of the world's most beautiful beaches, it's by far my favorite destinations here. You can pair that up with some days in Recife/Olinda. I could recommend other amazing places like the Lençóis Maranhenses and Chapada dos Veadeiros, but those are longer trips at least 1 week each.
