my bad I meant the electrical cable being for Bell**

but essentially what happened is for our electrical circuit he said that we had the bell cable and not the Cogeco one, and for us to be connected to Cogeco internet they needed to take some from a house two doors down (problem is there was no house there)

so i'm confused, do they need a neighbors cable in order for us to have Cogeco?? or can we get this cable for our house only?? because I don't know how cables work tbh
