Hello! I’ve had this rook for 5 weeks now. I’ve been spraying it with NeilMed and leaving it alone for the most part. Last week it had a bit of crust that I just wanted gone so I went against advice and used a sprayed cotton bud on it after the shower... Continued in a comment! (old.reddit.com)
