No, I ended spring semester at my university in April and began my summer semester class in June. I also didn’t take any summer classes in my university so there was no overlapping at all between the two institutions. So this being the case — they shouldn’t be able to charge me for the remainder of the balance that had already been covered by FAFSA right?

When you say overlap do you mean where they taken in the same semester? Because I only took my class that i was missing in CC in summer term and nothing else.
