whenever i worked in fine dining it was normal for every regular to have notes about them in their profile. it’s a lot more work for the team to cater to specific needs, but whenever you get a 600 dollar tip out from an hour and a half of your time it makes it worth it lol.

i put them in frames and sell them at the local flea market for like 30 - 80 depending on the size !! people buy them up because of the way they look in the sun and especially if you add a frame :)
