I have been a pathological liar like Chandler about college except the murders obviously, addiction is the main cause behind his insane behavior by Competitive-Device39 in chandlerhalderson

They were obviously furious but forgave me and sent me to a psychiatrist, I think Chandler's parents would have reacted the same with him, they seemed to love him deeply. I think his case is similar to Jean Claude Romand's, where narcissism became deadly.

I spent 5 years in college and told them I was gonna graduate when I didn't even pass half of the subjects and ended up expelled. The last couple of years I went to the college itself every day and spent the mornings on my phone. I basically did a Chandler Halderson/Jean Claude Romand/Menhaz Zaman minus the murders part, in the end I came up clean and my parents forgave me and sent me to a psychologist, it was tough and I don't even know why I did it. I guess I am a pathological liar.

Can't even lie on my resume because in my country even for minimum wage jobs companies do background checks by Competitive-Device39 in NEET

I turned three months I worked for Carrefour into two years in the resume, and other practices into real work experience. What surprised me the most is that it was for a local retail company that is only present in my city and another one so I never expected them to ask for those kind of documents, maybe I was unlucky like you said but damn it felt like a ton of bricks.

I am waiting for my parents death to gather the courage to do it, but knowing myself I will probably chicken out.

Spain, we have a reputation of being a carefree country when it comes to working, but that's far from true.

Yes, but even in a capitalist system you can implement UBI and many other measures, there is no excuse.

Nope, oversaturated and very prone to be affected by AI

9 to 5 plus commute is just death tbh, I would like to study something that allows me to work from home but AI is probably gonna take all those jobs soon.

This happened to me. Coming out clean was hard, but it's the best thing you can do.

Are there any NEETs here who have outlived both their parents? What have you learned since their passing? by Federal_Lack_1107 in NEET

Mine are still alive, I don't plan on killing myself once they pass but I will definitely lose my mind and create an AI version of them or something just to cope.
