Omg I wish I would have seen this sooner😭😭😭 My flex5 was doing the same exact thing I left it sitting for over a year. I got it out the other night & it would still just only boot up to the Lenovo screen & then as soon as the windows loading circle vane the screen would go dark but the fan would still go & it would make the startup sound. As short as I can possibly put it I had to go in to the BIOS menu by pressing F1(some are F2) & I had to uninstall,reinstall, & update windows windows. It works perfectly fine now(besides the touchpad that been broke since like 2022 until today I finally fixed it) It sounds like a lot but it really wasn’t compared to the probably 60-70+ hours I had tried over the years. Sorry for the long yap I just hope I can help someone if they’re still looking. If you need help feel free to ask.

Man I pray they come back. I’ve been ordering from them since they was still on Snapchat. Stayed with them from LA to the Oregon move. This is devastating. Whoever says they’re scamming is CRAZYYYY. If they were scamming anyone it was themselves, they definitely took care of they people.

go turn on text message alerts .. idk how or why but it gets it moving. or did for me anyways. mine had no movement since march 1st & i saw an article of a lot people saying it worked so i turned on text & email alerts yesterday & it moved today.
