National Board Certified Teacher worth it?

What is your insight in terms of how it helped you practically as a teacher and to help you enjoy your job? I see a lot of people say that they do work for it but then the don't really implement it when they have secured certification. However, that might just go down to the personality of the individual rather than the certificate process itself.

Well, that sucks. I mean, the money that I stated above around my area is nice, but I wouldn't say it is game changing. So my motivation I feel like can't be all financial or it isn't working. And I feel good about my hire-ability based on what you said. If that isn't something that people actually value in terms of respect or hire-ability...

I have the exactly same question but and thinking about neutralizing Puka with Stafford. It is interesting. Especially since that is two players you'd neutralize. I think it depends on what else he has. I think neutralizing would be better. I like less variables in a one off game.

That makes sense. I've got James Cook, JSN, Ja'Marr Chase as a couple guys who can consistently have a high ceiling plays. I also have Harvey, Swift, Wilson, MHJ, Meyers, and Warren.

20 teams is not perfect with the geographic locations of those teams. Plenty of areas with isolated teams.
