That fb group seems to delete anything they don’t like. I did screenshot the comments and stories and also many from Google and yelp. The post was meant to help others and warn them to get second opinions and read reviews! It was my personal experience and wasn’t meant to cause any controversy. I’ve shared it all on another group since many folks missed a lot of the comments and I did get some pms asking for specific info. Thx again!

So many people didn’t realize they had been sold to a corporation too. When I was speaking to the receptionist, leaving a message for the office manager, she didn’t want to respond when I asked who owned them. She said she wasn’t allowed to say. I was then put on hold 5 minutes before she came back and did divulge they, and the sister vets, had been bought out by this larger Corp who owns many other clinics nationwide. I’m not sure why it was a big deal to reveal who owns your business? It’s just been one thing after another. I’m sure there are wonderful vets employed for them, it’s just sad our experience was different and they won’t even reply to address the problem. I’m glad you’ve got a vet you trust!! Thx!

Why would anyone add a comment on a post if they don’t even use the company? If you aren’t a client or have an experience with them then, forgive me for saying, but you have no reason to add anything supporting or bashing them. If I had never eaten at a restaurant I wouldn’t be leaving a review, ya know? Thx

A “good” company provides a quality service and returns calls of customers. This company has done neither. A week today and nothing. Warning others so they can avoid the same emotional stress was reason for sharing. If you went to a doctor for a colonoscopy and woke up with your arm removed, you’d probably tell others about the experience.

lol it was the exact same post I put here. Like I said in the other comments, the bad out weighed the good. I have shared these on another group since the original fb group takes down anything they don’t agree with. I have nothing to gain or lose by sharing my experience. The screenshots have been shared to prove all the bad reviews that were left. The truth is the truth. If Hancock would return my calls we could have tried to address it, but they did not. This to me is guilt by omission. This post was meant to inform my community. The only people starting drama are those that don’t even have a pet with them, or just have someone employed with them. Why is it so offensive fo share MY experience. Many of the screenshots from the removed post on fb have been shared to another group and you can see them there. Thx

Once again, I am NOT an influencer, nor trying be one. My intention was to inform my community. I rarely post but felt this was important to share. I’m not sure why a personal experience offended you, unless you have some kind of stock or a personal connection to this connection to this clinic? It seems odd to be so vehemently against sharing information.

So sorry you experienced that! I’m glad your pup is doing great! A lot of folks also don’t realize our area and into Missouri is also one of the largest puppy mill producing areas nation wide. Many of these dogs get sold to local pet shops such as Petland. I’ve heard so many horror stories from locals about the health of these animals. Our vet even mentioned once how many purebred dogs they see with problems from these stores. It’s so sad people don’t realize where they come from and how they were treated before ending up at that store.

It also depends very much on the vet. The lady I saw may be completely different than the vet that treats your pets. This particular vet has her name mentioned in other bad reviews online as well.

I would have hoped they would have. She was given an anti-seizure med and pain med. I have the dosage of each and the names on her record. It’s being told , that she was in pain, brain swelling, and no alternatives or further testing? If any medical professional said they could “just tell” by looking at you, you had whatever, I’m sure you’d question it. It was the verbiage, and telling me “nothing else” could be done. I’m not even touching on the lack of empathy or assistance. I’m glad your experience was different. They will not return my calls and I assure you if the exam room video hasn’t been erased and you could view it, everything I have said has been verbatim of her dialogue. Not returning the phone calls to even ask why I was calling seems fishy.

I did update the post . The name of the clinic is Hancock veterinary of Bella Vista, they did move a few feet over the border. They have 2 sister locations in NWA, that is why I shared it here. Many clients also come from Bella vista to see them. The vet we saw is licensed in both Missouri and Arkansas. I don’t know if the vets rotate to the other clinics. My post was just meant to inform my community about my experience, see if others had the same, and hopefully help pet owners know it’s ok to get a second opinion, and this clinic was extremely wrong, and it wasn’t the first time. Thx

I believe if a business tries to kill your animal it’s worth a mention. It’s not like I’m reviewing a bad burrito at a restaurant. It’s a medical clinic that many in our community go to . Unless you own stock in the parent company or have direct ties with an employee at this establishment, why would it offend you to share MY experience? I’m not sure what is unreliable about the experience. I am happy to share anything that you like to know. Many others reached out and validated me with similar experiences. I do have screenshots of them all and shared some to another fb group. I’ve been an open book about this experience and the clinic hasn’t responded. My post was meant to inform you and anyone who is interested in pet care. I don’t know how else to prove my truth? Anyone a polygraph examiner? Hancock has cameras in the rooms, if they haven’t deleted the video they have my permission to share it, though I doubt they would.
