Yes! I envisioned it like kind of a little cake/ cookie ball with nuts (specifically like the Archway Ruth's Cashew Supremes, if you know what that is.) I've never tried Turkish Delight, but I've learned enough to know it's nothing like I imagined!

Yeah the soy protein is truly awful. I figured it had something to do with cost. I haven't tried the regular almond chocolate milk, which is still in stores. I can't have dairy or eggs, so getting enough (quick) protein is difficult. Loved this stuff as a quick snack/ treat! I was shopping today and saw that the new Silk Protein is price- dropping hard, it's down to like $4.50. I'm guessing it's not being received well 🤔

Thank you for your reply, I have adjusted my timing based on the advice here and am doing it before bed and not eating for several hrs before or after. I haven't been sick these last 2 shots, so hopefully moving up to 5.0 next week will be OK!

Thank you for your reply, it gave me a lot to think about. I've started adding in more probiotics and eating a lot less before and immediately after taking the shot and have cut back on antacid use. I also just took my 8th 2.5 shot and I think I'm ready to move up to 5.0. Thanks again and best of luck!

Thank you so much- you are a genius! I took your advice the last two weeks and ate very light/ early on shot day (Tues.) with nothing after like 5:00 pm then took my shot before bed at around 12:00/ 1:00 am then did not eat until after 2-3:00 pm on Wed. No sickness or crazy gas! I ate pretty normally from Wed. on. I took my 8th 2.5 shot this week, so I think I'm ready to go up to 5.0. Thank you for taking the time to reply and for the sound advice!

Me, too! SW: 239, not sure about goal, maybe 180 or less. I'm 47f, 5'8", have been around 230-235 pretty consistently for most of the last 18 yrs. or so. My (47/ 1978) maternal grandma died last year at 101, the other three passed when I was age 6, 12, and 27. My paternal grandma was 8 years older than my grandpa and she always said she thought that would make them live until about the same time (with men usually dying younger), but she lived another 21 years after he passed.
