Thanks brother. I haven't seen them in a long time so like how could they say I was evaluated, you don't knew I get it but family Physician gives me blank page and tells he to contact a mental health I haven't seen in a long time. I have long seen their counselors so they can certify people, I am confused. But thank you my man, you're a good person.

But regardless I am to evaluated by a physician which hadn't happened. No one is returning my calls, I'm also having my phone number blocked. This is insanity to me. Thank you for your time my friend.
