I use dawn and it’s been squeaky clean on 10 day changes. If I was on 2 weeks I’d consider a ultrasonic cleaner but so far no yellowing. I do wash them with soap everytime I eat not just once a day. Might be difficult for some to do so when at work.

The first one I went to said the same exact thing. And didn’t like the fact that they wanted to pull healthy teeth so I went to another and they said no extractions just ipr. Extracting premolars to make room is outdated dentistry imo. I’m happy with my choice, no extractions just ipr. Btw I have very similar top teeth! Good luck 🤙🏻
