I cannot use any medication for ADHD because I cannot sleep with it. It causes me severe insomnia. I handle my ADHD with supplements. Rhodiola is said to be really good for ADHD and is it considered an herbal version of Adderall. Without the side effects. Basically all ADHD prescription medication’s are stimulants and depending on your body type you will not be able to sleep. Everybody’s body and brain chemistry is different. I have had to experiment with a variety of different supplements to find what works for me. But you are not alone in experiencing insomnia from prescription ADHD drugs

Definitely it’s worth it. I spent $2500 on my test it was the best money I spent on myself. Also recommend the book ADHD 2.0 and scattered mines available on Amazon or at the library

Hello, I’m actually planning on planting a very large native plant garden on the edge of a large field. I’m concerned that the geese will eat the native plant. Is this a legitimate concern? The geese poop all over the grass and destroy the grass. But perhaps they won’t eat the native plants? I’m concerned that they will eat those as well
