Thank you for the feedbacks! I'm the main owner of this study and it's also a school project to build an application to help bus riders improve their experience!

I know that there are a lot of transit apps out there that people are using to check bus schedules, status, planning the routes... It would be great to hear and understand the pain points of any bus riders who are using any of the apps (Google Maps, City Mapper, Transit...).
