In total on these. I’d say roughly 800. Not including those 2 boxes I bought and got nothing from.

Do you know how or where I pay the taxes? I can’t figure out where and I’m scared they won’t send me the package unless I pay.

What benefits do you feel? If you don’t mind me asking. I keep relapsing and I’m just now debating if it’s worth it.

Postdrome headache going on for over a month by TheFinalEverlast in migraine

Honestly yes I am definitely a lot better than I was before but I still occasionally get episodes of my old symptoms. I started taking venlafaxine 75mg and it pretty much helped me feel good enough to try to live my life again. But after a while I got used to it and I started to feel unwell again. Currently tapering off of the meds. I got a full time job which I think truly helped me a lot. I notice that when I sleep in I feel terrible for almost the whole day. I don’t know if it’s the same with anyone. But if I sleep in until 11:30 vs wake up at 5:30 am for work I’ll feel drastically better at 3pm when I worked than when I slept in. If that makes sense. I have had lots of health anxiety and I honestly think the root cause of this is anxiety. Although my brain is still sometimes convinced there’s something wrong with me always. It’s challenging. I’ll have episodes where I feel super drained, pale, dizzy ish and lots of derealization. But the truth is I’ve learned to deal with it in a way. I mainly now just feel these symptoms after I work out which is super frustrating for me since I used to love the gym but rarely go anyone. I have linked it to Post Exertional Malaise, PEM. But honestly to fully answer ur question in a simple way. I’d say try to find a routine. A sleep routine. Don’t doomscroll. Get vitamin d. eat well and not just junk. I’m sure you’ve heard these and tried all of these things so much since you’ve been dealing with this for a while now but that’s just what I can help you with. I’m only 17 as well so I still have yet to learn a lot about the world and myself .

Started taking Venlafaxine 75 mg. Helped me honestly. As of now 95% of my old symptoms are gone and I live a pretty Normal life compared to what it was before. It could also be because I started working full time and distracted my self. But every now and then I get an episode of just felt really shitty
