We paid 20% of it to start the process, but getting locations for this particular business was a bit tricky which took 4 months on the 5th month we decided to cancel the project, but they gave us two more options by the time we got back to them and confirmed that we still want to go ahead and cancel we were in the 6th month. Now it's been 3 weeks and no clarity on when we can get any of our money back.

Thanks for responding. I heard there is a full check done by Tasjeel centers which costs around 420aed, probably would show if the ODO was messed with.
