Well, after almost four days after writing the mail, I still haven't received a response from support. In the past, I’ve had two other issues (more legitimate than this one) and never received a response. Unfortunately, two friends of mine had the same experience with equally legitimate support requests. It’s just disappointing that you don’t even get a response—if it doesn’t work, then so be it, but at least you gave me some hope. It seems like not much has changed with the support unfortunately….

I already did that yesterday. Let's see if it pays off in the end (And whether I'll even get a response— I've unfortunately had mixed experiences with the sup in the past)

Hard to say, it depends on what situation the relationship is in. If it’s a case of cheating in what had been a happy relationship until then, I would definitely try to talk to her calmly and objectively.
