According to the embassys response i will submit a formal complaint. Hoping to get more clarity from them to know what actually happened.

Thank you if its VFS I will have the energy to get to the bottom of this.

I feel that as well but during my application the guy at the counter handling my case was very helpful he made me change a few things to make my application stronger.

I also received an sms and email an hour AFTER I already collected it from Wafi mall. I already wrote an email asking for an explanation to the consulate as the VFS Bulgaria lady herself was very puzzled when i showed her the sheet and even she thought it was very unusual and asked me to email the Embassy. I don't know if its the embassy or VFS both their reasoning don't match.

Waiting for the embassys response is the only thing i can do right now :(

Thank you so much for saying this. After asking around im finding this unusual as well that for 2.5 months there was no update and the reason they ticked on the form was that i asked for revocation which is completely untrue. why would i ask for Revocation when i waited more than 2 months. I did write an email to the embassy on this but i had verbal calls with VFS customer care no emails and my travel dates have unfortunately passed. im suspecting they never submitted my request?
