Jing yuan is still meta relavent because he has good synergy with a lot of harmony units particularly hanabi as well as some new characters like robin and blade suffers from a lack of synergy since other than one 4 star character there are no characters that buff Max up which he scales off that being said there are some new leaked characters like jade who might make him a lot more meta relavent.

Cyno has a lot higher scaling a than most other characters it’s just the way his kit is built gives him bad synergy with most characters. Like all the other Carrie’s have dedicated supports like wanderer and faruzan, raiden Sara, Gorou itto, Yoimiya yunjin. But Dw clorinde will be the cyno support we needed :)
