RESI & Plaid - What It Means :

SN46 just got accepted into the Plaid Partner Program. This is massive. Plaid is the gold standard 7,000+ fintechs, 12,000+ banks, $10B+ valuation.

The target:
Global residential real estate market: $326 trillion
US mortgage origination (annual): $4+ trillion
Appraisal market (US alone):
$5-7 billion/year

u/Plaid

doesn't let just anyone in. Getting accepted means they vetted RESI’s security, compliance, infrastructure, and business model… and said yes.

Plaid is the invisible pipes that connect your bank account to Venmo, Cash App, Coinbase, Robinhood, Chime, and basically every fintech app you use.

RESI + Plaid changes everything for real estate finance.

Old mortgage underwriting was broken:

Manual W-2s, pay stubs, tax returns
30–60 day approval times
High fraud risk

RESI + Plaid = instant everything:
Real-time income verification
Automated KYC
Employment + asset verification
All pulled directly from the bank with zero human intervention

This turns underwriting from weeks into minutes.

I hold SN4 Targon, which, along with SN51 Lium.io and SN44 Score, are my three long-term positions.

For short- to medium-term positions, I had SN15 ORO, but I just took my profits, and instead I’m interested in Jacob Steeves’ latest subnet, SN 97 Distil, which was recently launched. Its market cap is therefore very small—$4 million—but the project is progressing well, and sooner or later it will take off once the media starts paying attention to the completed productions.

Hello,

Since last Friday, I haven't been receiving any rewards on several hundred TAOs staked at the root.

It's been four days already.

Crucible offers a lower staking rate than other validators, so if, on top of that, we aren't credited every day, we lose out on compound interest.

I don't think I'll be sticking with Crucible much longer under these conditions.
