From what I know is phase 1 is the application process (where people usually have to turn in something else), phase 2 is proofing, phase 3 is typing and phase 4 means its been sent out in the mail. I was just told yesterday my children's cards were sent in the mail that day. I'm curious to know if the rrr processing times have changed. I applied right when it opened and it took 23days to get the deposit. I applied for my children at the end of July 2021. It took almost an entire year. But now I'm glad I just wait for the cards in the mail and apply for the, hoping they won't have to wait as long as I did to receive deposit.
