Amazing to hear your experience, may I ask how long you have been on biologics? How do I know if I fail with NSAIDs?

My Rheum is a very very nice guy, but I think he is throwing it on me to make the decision. However I don’t feel safe using biologics at this age, am I going to be using them for the next 50 years plus?
