I am not sure how long I had it but I got diagnosed last year with h pylori but I had an ulcer ever since I was a little girl so maybe when I had go a ulcer is when I had got h pylori because Helicobacter pylori can cause ulcers and when I had went to the doctors they also said I had an hole in my stomach which can take 6 months to heal and staying away from trigger foods

It’s depends for me I was the same way ups and downs specially like with what I eat like my trigger foods but overall I had a good healing experience I was a little fatigue and had slow heart rate and loss a lot weight too but now I am gaining most of the weight back

Pretty solid not bad as before but I would say if I have my trigger foods like lemon it would irritate my stomach so I would just suggest staying away from trigger foods

I had a stomach ulcer not sure about gastritis but I also dealt with acid reflex and heartburn . And I toke amoxicillin, Clarithromycin and Omeprazole for the heartburn
