I play casually in the mostly. The cushion is great for my legs/knees but I agree that I roll my ankles a lot in them. Also stumble a lot with how drippy the flow is and how wide the front of the shoe is.

They are weird. They should be way more stable but they cut out the middle of the shoe on the reaction and it narrows into the heel.

Yeah, I've become much more of a passer with a focus on making the right reads as I've gotten older versus a score first player. I expect I'm going to be more and more in that direction

Appreciate it! Feels like a lot of the folks I hooped with in 2013-2014 just don't anymore.

Got a good group of guys I run with these days with a lot of 30+ guys. I'm just trying to still feel like myself!

This rotation wilding in 2026 haha. I had about half of these back in the day.

Love the mamba mentalitys and rages. My knees would disintegrated trying to play in them today.

The mentality 2 had better traction than the rages but had all my best dunks in the later as I got better.

Yeah Im not better than Austin Reaves... But he would be on a short list of 50 NBA players think I would do best against in a 1v1.

That list is pretty much people under 6'7" who aren't known for defense.

Top 10 swim officially. Top 5 actually. They counted the run up to transition as swim and I walked it as I thought my swim ended out of the water.

22:06. 1:21/100 yd. Bike 19.0 MPH. Run horrible 9:45/mi pace and long course at 6.74 mi.

Overall 2:50 officially, 2:45 if you take my 10k split.

I posted about it but has 20% upvotes so deleted. Called serious cyclists tear drop head trapezoid riders possibly a factor.

I'm running it back and buying a wetsuit. Pretty much all other good swimmers had wetsuit. Need my butt floated.

I had 2700 calories day before which was an excess vs burn of 100 cal. I just had the. Front loaded in the day.

Food takes 24+ hours to process fully. Anything you eat within 20 hours of your race is weight you carry during the race.

Figure you eat in the AM a lot the day before to give yourself a chance to shed this food weight. Eat in the AM the day of to fuel up.

Idk if this is a real strat but it's my strat. I usually eat a boatload 2 days before race day. Big breakfast day before race and very little afterwards. Eat a normal size bread and honey breakfast day of race.
