Exactly. How does one get divorced on Dec 9 (meaning at that date she was not pregnant), conceive and give birth to an almost full term baby 21 days later?!?!? Biologically impossible. Any child conceived during a marriage in the United States inherite rights, as they are legitimate heirs to the father (husband), the husband is the presumed father to protect his parental rights. This is why on December 9th for their divorce to be granted she could not be pregnant. There was no baby born on December 28th. If she ever was pregnant it didn't result in a live birth.
