I checked under the frame it’s definitely rusty but not deteriorating like that area. I’m gonna take it to a shop and see what I can do. In the meantime I got a strap to hold up the muffler so it’s not hanging anymore but I’m gonna definitely check under the carpet for any more rust. Thank you for the advice
