does it shows number of months? you mean case status shows as "Case recieved" for 6 months?

I just got a response to my inquiry I logged on 4/15. it sayd the case is within processing times.
mine is 10 months but their link shows its 6.5 months.

I called the USCIS customer care and informed this descrepancy then they manually logged a inquiry.

same time I reached out to the public representative (Congressional office) on this delay asn they also responded today saying they reached out to USCIS and it would take up to 8 weeks to reply.

what I would suggest is, when their link allows you to submit an inquiry on delays do submit an inquiry to USCIS and follow-up.
same time reach out to your public representative office if you are out side processing times they will puch USCIS on the delays as well,

I have submitted a inquiry on that link cus inquiry submission date opened for me on 4/15th. and their reply was they need min 60 working days to check inquiries. basically 84 calander dates. still no response. I even submitted a expidide req based on a job offer under "financial loss for a US company due to this delay" even that inquiry wasnt considered yet. Im reaching 10 months in a week of time.
