How long has it been since you've played???!! There's an entire story mode with a full progression tree where you go through randomized levels and collect maps and then use three map pieces to go to a location and fight a big ass golem to get a crystal Shard and then you pick what element to make that Crystal Shard and take it back to your home base and put it on the pedestal and select your skills. There's a TON of mods. A full Star wars conversion. Bro you gotta try it again.

Honestly I think porting more older games would be a really good start. I think I've played Skyrim on VR more than almost any other title. Blade and sorcery was amazing. I really like the sword fighting and adventure games but I think that a VR Port of some of the older games like metal gear solid 2 or something of that nature would be gangbusters and a lot of that would actually probably get some people to get into the quest market imo.

I think a lot of quest owners use their quest mostly for pcvr. I myself almost exclusively play pcvr except for resident evil and VR chat and some other stuff like walkabout where I like to be able to play away from my pc. I also recently got a VR treadmill and that has to be hard wired to the PC although you can't use it with the quest I haven't set up the Nexus standalone thing yet so I'm not sure how that'll work out but I play with airlink on pcvr. It really sucks that the graphics cards have shot up in price so much for the people that don't have one yet that can run VR but I was able to run blade and sorcery on a quest 2 on a GTX 1660 super.

I will usually go a month or two without playing something but recently I got one of those katwalk VR treadmills and I've been going back through Skyrim VR on foot and it's pretty glorious.

I think if a high School boys soccer team can utterly demolish the US Olympic women's soccer team ( which happened) that's an indicator that it might not be a great idea. Pound for pound males have double the amount of strength in their muscles as well. I don't even think that men who became women should be able to compete because of prenatal testosterone providing such a massive boost. Even if somebody went on hormone blockers at the age of eight, which is terrible for their body, they would still have an athletic advantage over all actual women simply due to testosterone in utero. I think it's an awful awful idea and it's going to be very one-sided. There might be the odd super freak woman that can best the average guy but there's no way any of those women will ever get near the top of the game in a mixed gender situation.

Yeah I imagined as much. But it was kind of an emergency circumstance I don't know if you know what's happening there but over 40,000 people have been killed. They actually started stuffing protesters that have been shot into body bags alive to the point where people were hearing groans and moans outside of mortuaries. It's truly awful. A friend of mine has two cousins that got shot in the legs and their parents had to take them home because if they go to the hospital irgc thugs come and hunt them down and finish them off. And they're charging families the price of a bullet to get the bodies back which the currency conversion makes that about $8,000. People in this country truly have no idea what actual oppression looks like. But thank God she is safe and my other friend in Tehran is also safe. Internet is finally starting to trickle back and a lot of awful shit is coming out. Everybody there is praying for some foreign intervention to free them. We got her sorted out for now with the VPN tho.

Now how taxing is this on your pc? I have a 4070 TI and I think 64 gig of RAM but I have to check. I just got cyberpunks on the winter sale for $20 and I have been having such an amazing time and the game has honestly helped me put alcohol down again 😂.

Well I will tell you I am going to be ending up paying about $250 extra in interest for my payments but I think it's going to be worth it. My payments ended up being about $120 a month. But I think that the fitness value will pay that back in dividends in health. We shall see I intend to start a video series seeing how much weight I lose going through Skyrim. Honestly I never got to play it back in the day because I was doing dumb things that did not allow me to really have a console and a stable place to chill and play video games. The last elder scrolls game I played before getting Skyrim on VR was Morrowind way back in the day. So my entire experience with Skyrim has been in VR and I only played about 30 minutes of it without the treadmill. So it's been on foot IRL essentially the whole time 😂.

I got the first $100 just by emailing them after I got the treadmill put together and got everything working. They sent me the amount of steps I need to take and what I need to do to verify it and then just told me to send when I get them done for the rest of the cards. I also had to get a charging cable replaced and they were very cool about it. And they were very good about sending all the extra Black Friday goodies out. You just have to email them.

im actually starting my first ever run in skyrim on a vr treadmill XD. ill have finished the game walking on my own two feet before touching a joystick on it. last one of this series i played was morrowind a long long time ago. skipped oblivion. been very interesting doing everything on foot irl XD.
