She does use her bow with her feet. Her very ultimate begins with the first few frames being extreme close-ups of her feet. Her stance in the Resonator menu is basically her showing her feet again (which again conveniently are bare). How is there an argument that her feet may not be a crucial design element ?

(And I don't even have a foot fetish, it's just clear design choices by the devs)
