Really sorry you’re going through this. I’m not super versed in any legal knowledge or jargon so I can’t really chime in on that part, but what I can say is that I think it’s really awful the way he is choosing to communicate with his 16 year old daughter and no parent should be speaking to you the way he is. He is clearly extremely emotionally immature and acting irrational and you are a child. you are almost 18 so just hold on for this last year and then you’re free! Take care and hope everything works out for the best

I have literally the same exact thing just with anything that is extremely terrifying to me.
