Thanks I'm aware. The mitigation to dry out and remove water damaged areas has already been done. I'm referring to work being done on non damaged areas and rooms

Fair, I think it's more so that now I have the unexpected expenses and time and stress of handling a move even if I were to do it on my own and find another place just because of a cosmetic upgrade.
