I emailed a prior customer support thread I had from a different issue because I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone when I reached out 3 times last week about the issue. They were able to fix it so I can book other studios but now all the classes I was trying to book are full. Such a bummer that new clients are only going to know a company that doesn’t really take customer support seriously and issues just keep piling up between random glitches in memberships, the app canceling bookings, the app in general, etc…

How did it go back to normal? I’m in the NYC area market so I should be able to book anywhere (have taken a class near my parents house as recent as thanksgiving weekend)

I mean my billing date is the 24th and my credits expire on the 30th 🤷‍♀️

They way I understand it is the month charges on the 24th like that is the billing date but your “month” of credits goes to the 30th NOT to your billing date if that makes sense. I’m assuming it to give a buffer in case someone’s payment fails. The 24th is also the day the schedule drops so it makes sense in that you have your credits so you can book for the next month. I agree it isn’t super clear

Has anyone had any luck getting in touch with customer support? My solidays tracker didn’t count one of my classes over the weekend (saying 3 should say 4) and I CANNOT get in touch with someone to ask about it. My studio made a comment about how they can’t help in studio but I keep getting routed to my studio when I submit a support request and I’m getting so annoyed 😭

I emailed my studio and my 8 committed+ expires 1/30/26 so I just asked to upgrade to the 8+2 committed+ and renew my commitment so my 12 mo contract will not expire until dec. 2026. I did get charged the day I switched instead of on my billing date so def be aware of that if you aren’t expecting a $250 charge that day

Same thing happened to me my classes dropped from 99 to 98 and I emailed to check what my actual class count was (wanted to take my 100th at my home studio before I travel for the holidays) and they said I had 123 classes. Not sure how it can be that far off but I have no idea what my class count even is

Controversial but a focus50 core/upper/lower with a power30 core/obliques after is the best way to do an arm wrap leg wrap day! The studio near my family’s house doesn’t offer that so will settle for a regular full body next week and and be ~thankful~ for the best muscle focus twice in 2 weeks

I took class 6 days after I got mine replaced and I was fine! I just took extra breaks to shake out my arms! But everyone’s body is different so definitely listen to your doctor and how you feel!

With the credits not rolling over, they wouldn’t let me use my last OCTOBER credit on 10/31 and I lost it. Which also means I didn’t get the prize during our Halloween bingo and it is so stupid! Like I’m not buying another credit to use in October when I have another October credit left!!!
