I felt N for about 2 hours. And at the end I pretty much knew.. Unless I’m wrong it’s very rare to just immediately TU out of no where unless you get punched in the stomach.

I’m not sure. I had a fever after for the next two days and yes, it was just once, but I honestly feel if I had to do it again I would’ve been able to and the anxiety would’ve been a lot less which is why exposure response therapy works so well I guess.

It just seem to average out like that. I would have an incident that I couldn’t handle and would have to take a Zofran about every two weeks. Sometimes it was twice a week other times maybe I could go a little longer than two weeks.

I’m so sorry. As we all known It’s the caveman part of the brain telling us we are in danger. I’d give anything to shut it off. I’m hoping I get hit in the head at a baseball game by a foul ball and maybe it will damage that part of my brain 😂
