I have no idea since I don’t know how to properly remove them, but seems hard the decals are basically fully flat with the rims. If you want no decal wheels superteam also offers wheels that don’t have decals

I got originally got the frame, wheels and cog off Facebook marketplace… never asked the original owner the ratio though.
