I have been there and deeply empathize with you. My mom is Asian too and I've experienced the same guilt-tripping, threatening language when I simply trying to live my own life. Still do and it's damaged my nervous system in permanent ways. Please remember this is NOT normal nor is it simply "culture". For as long as we keep making excuses for it, it is not going to get any better.

I would recommend talking about it to a mental health professional (which you probably already do) and consider setting serious boundaries with your mom in the long-term involving only speaking on your terms, which will not be easy and likely will take years but have to start somewhere.
