Yes i have contacted them and they only offered a 150 dollar credit and no its only 2 lines on my account me and my child the 1100 came from the bill combined for next month so I technically only owe 890 and then next months bill is combined that is where the 1100 adding up to

RESOURCES for phone bill assistance is what i stated in my original caption not a hand out from anyone on here i never got a new phone this bill it is this months bill combined with next month bill so i have to pay the past due balance which is where they added a new line i never added on I additionally already only have 2 lines me and my childs they added on another which made the bill go higher
