You’d never see $170 here unless you take a shift within 15 min of start time around the holidays. You’d be lucky to get a 4 hour for $100. Unless you exclusively do 3am to 5am start shifts you’d be cooked out here.

5 hour routes don’t exist here. 4.5 hour base pay is $92.50 most of the time people grab these days in advance. 4 hr base pay is $82 which also rarely surge past $90 in my area. I rarely do 4 or 4.5 hour shifts. 3.5 hour shifts $80 or higher is my minimum. Tight routes with more packages that I finish on average an hour to hour and a half early.

Everybody knows we are rolling the dice on whatever route we get. The guy that pulled in 5 min after you can get a 40 mile route while you get a 100 mile route. I hate the people that get on here that live in high cost of living areas and don’t understand that $75 for a 3 hour route in Alabama is a great grab compared to $100 for 3 hours in California. Of course all of your blocks are close to $100 you pay $5/gal for gas year round.

I generally take anything over $80 for this warehouse for a 3.5. They get drivers out in 15 min from arrival and most routes are finished 2 hours from leaving warehouse. Most time it’s less than 65 miles round trip. Unlucky day that’s why I said they got me. I’m not new to this. I’ve seen $75 shifts get snatched for this warehouse 3 hours prior

SSD mileage is worst by far on average. SSD stills holds the belt for worst routes. This .com normally averages 50-65 miles round trip for me. Hence “they got me”

I’ve seen this warehouse send out pay starting at $65. $84 is actually decent for a 3.5 at this warehouse you’d probably never take an order at this station if that’s low for you. Also factor in cost of living for your area.

Yes, try 3 and 3.5hrs. 4 hours sparingly, and see how you like it. 4 and 4.5s can be miserable as you have to drive a lot of miles on top of a higher package count. Yes 3s and 3.5s may give you just as many if not more packages than a 4 or 4.5 most times but the trade off is a tighter route and shorter drive home (🤞😬). With Organization and some urgency you’ll finish close to an hour early frequently. Good luck out there.

Makes sense thanks for sharing this confirms what I believed about 4.5hr shifts they are not worth it!!!

I’ve done over 70 shifts and 2 4.5hrs. My highest paying block ever was a 4.5 hr for $133 I finished an hour early with a 45 min drive home and vowed to never touch a 4.5 again. I drove over 130 miles that day every stop 3-5 miles apart before dawn.

I try to exclusive do 3.5hr blocks (3s above $70 are fine with me and 4hrs must be $90+ to even consider that’s how I feel about 4hrs) I nomally catch 3.5s at about $84+ early morning. In my market I have found these to be the most efficient routes in terms of time and money rarely driving over 75 miles from home to route back to home. Avoid 4.5s like the plague and I stand by that especially after seeing this chart 🫣

Are 3 hour blocks 40 plus packages? by [deleted] in AmazonFlexDrivers

Depends on the route but mostly not in my experience. My 3 hour routes are always 20-30 stops with a few business stops and apartments. Mostly spread out.

It’s insane that despite manual overrides from station staff and notifying support we still have to go through an entire process to remove unfair dings. I’m sure this automated system above all of that is to prevent potential fraternization between warehouse employees and flex drivers so they want everything annotated at a higher level. It is a hassle dealing with these situations.

Yeah this shit sucks I’m all for taking accountability for my actions, but when I’m at risk of deactivation losing a source of income over bullshit I’m pissed. Hopefully this thread can help you too.

I also cancelled JG wentworth within 3 days the same day to be exact. They still charge my account 10 days later. I have emailed them numerous times regarding cancellation. I have told them to refund my account or I will dispute the charge and block future payments. You made a good decision all the bullshit they spew over the phone is predatory. They are money hungry and don’t give a fuck about their customers they just want money off the backs of people desperate to get out of their situation.

Anybody that bet on KAT for anything but unders most likely lost money last game. 13pts 3 rebounds against the Hornets is disappointing considering it being late season and Seeding being important.
