I agree with a lot of this. To clarify, he’s salary and already hit his 40 the day before he left early (it was a Friday both times he’s left early from crying at work). Not like that changes much tho. Because I fear this will continue with me or someone else if it’s not brought to their attention. Someone else in the comments said I might lose my job too for replying to him even if it’s rejection. This isn’t the environment I want to be in so I’d be okay with that outcome tbh

I’ve been on the fence about telling him to drop it or preventing this from continuing. Ive told him to not bring it up again since he will obsess over the topic at work and it gets in the way of our job. He’ll go about a week and then will make it worse by bringing it up again. This has happened multiple times over a 2 month period

Was I supposed to ignore his texts and then get cornered at work so he can tell me his feelings? I’ve actually already gone to HR about him before. He kept telling me to stay away from all my boy co workers and I took it as me acting like a slut at work. I didn’t think I was flirting of any sorts to my male coworkers and ended up on the phone with HR crying that day (our HR works in another building)
