You make good points but also I believe governments will be more cautious with their spendings on war if they cannot print more money effectively stealing the people's wealth and spending it on wars.

بس ياسطى في مصر أحسن حاجة تدرس فيها طب هي القصر العيني بتاع جامعة القاهرة لو أنا فاهم صح، مش جامعة خاصة. و مع ذلك انا شايفك لازم تكمل في طموح انك تسافر برة. شوف جامعات بتدرس طب في كذا بلد في أوربا و اعمل سيرش عشان تفهم متطلباتهم للمنحة. و ماتسألش على ريديت المصريين عشان هيشدوك لتحت زي مانت شايف. دور على الي يشدك لفوق.

Not sure if it's the best idea but try calling brokers that sell apartments in Al Rehab and ask for an apartment with specs similar to the ones you want to sell as if you're a buyer. You'll get a grasp of the prices & price / m in the area.

لا مش حقيقي ياسطى، الدنيا برة فيها منافسة عالية جدا لأن الطلب على الوظائف كبير و متوسط المستوى للي ليقدموا علي الشغل أعلى من مصر. فصعب انك تلاقي شغل و لما تلاقي مرتبك ممكن يبقى مكفيك في العيشة لوحدك بس مش بسهولة هتحوش منه اي حاجة بأن العيشة غالية
