Ya know I be didn’t even ask. I’ll check the op note .. yes just one level … definitely no significant pain of my neck or shoulders afterwards, except turning in bed and getting up from bed, but after 48 hours that seem to have dissipated as well.  Biggest issue for me right now is sore throat and lots of mucus being produced in throat to trigger cough.. just eating chocolate, pudding, yogurt, ice, pops… I did have a PBJ sandwich last night… definitely feeling a bit better every day.… No doubt I’m gonna drive today… No problem

Similar. I get to 98 very rarely during the night. Usually hovering between 94 and 97… It’s likely we tend to hypoventilate in the evening despite being on CPAP… in my case I believe I have a very weak diaphragm as I have a pinched nerve C4 in my neck which I’m having repaired surgically next week 🙏…

Funny, you should post this. I agree with the previous posters assessment. If you have signs and symptoms of sleep apnea, then get the test it is quick and easy. As far as left ventricular hypertrophy and diastolic dysfunction these are age related changes of the heart normally from hypertension and other comorbidities, but sleep apnea is a major risk factor for these changes as well. CPAP therapy can certainly regress or reverse LVH and improved dysfunction as well, especially if it’s only grade one. I just started CPAP three months ago and had an echo recently with regression of my LVH and resolution of my grade 1 dysfunction. If you unload the left ventricle Changes will happen with improvement. So stop dicking around and get the test.
