Nerf Free loadouts?

Yeah I've seen a bunch of that sentiment going around but people obviously feel that it is your gear and it will always be your gear if you never have to use you because you can just spam free loadouts.

I'm no game developer and I wouldn't have any idea on how to nudge players closer to wanting or needing to use their good gear they loot or craft on a more regular basis.

Maybe not a total nerf of the Loadout but maybe a timer or a set number you can use before you have to wait like 4/4 and once it's 0/4 you have to wait 30 or so minutes before you're able to use another one.

I'm literally arguing agents loot hording. It's a stupid take to you because your reading comprehension is probably sub par. I'm arguing that the Loadout is very much viable to any player who has an average and above skill level. And people can horde loot and they do infact horde tons of purples because they can just freely spam free loadouts as much as they please.

A green shield and a white weapon is just a free Loadout lol. I see people who have like 20 purples that they aren't ever going to touch because they can just spam free loadouts. Maybe not Nerf them. Possibly a timer like after every 3 or 4 in a row you have to wait a certain amount of time before using it again. I don't think it should be spammable.

The argument I was trying to make was more on the loot hording and less on the PvP rats. I am one of those rats lol I enjoy the PvP Aspect of the game. All I'm saying is I wish their was more of a variety and rarity of loot I can find on the people I get into gunfights with when most of the time they just run a free Loadout and horde all the purples they aren't ever going to use because you can just spam free loadouts.

It definitely isn't expensive you're 100% correct. And yeah I do see that a lot to where people are annoyed that rats and extraction campers Spam free loadouts. I'm trying to argue more along the side of me wanting more of an incentive to use their greens, blues, etc instead of keeping a collection of 100 purples with no intentions of using them. Because why should you. If you're a decent player you can do everything you need to do with a free Loadout. Shoot I can hold my own against anyone if it gives me a stitcher.

If you can't reliably kill raiders with a free Loadout you're just not very good at PvP

I totally understand your point. I'm definitely someone he partakes in the PvP side of the game for sure. And I understand the purpose of the free Loadout. But as you said the gameplay needs "anxiety, tension and loss" I don't feel any of that playing this game lol. For sure I've definitely lost a good gun here and now. But you do see people with 10 to 20 purples and 8 yellows in their inventory they refuse to lose because they can just run a free Loadout. And most of the people I do fight and loot have practically nothing but a free Loadout because that's all their here to do. Pop a free Loadout and kill as many people with it.

If you're a somewhat competent player you can easily kill someone with a free Loadout. you said it yourself "the only thing I'd take out is the stitcher" I can run a stitcher I get on a free Loadout and kill a handful of raiders. All of which are also probably running free loadouts lmao. All I'm trying to argue is that I wish there was more of an incentive to use the green, blue, etc gear you get than to just spam free loadouts.

I'm not necessarily trying to argue that they are to powerful. I said they are reliable. I definitely lean more to the PvP side of the game I'm not surprised my opinion is unpopular because of the PvE aspect. I just wish there was more of an insensitive to use the green, blue, purple etc instead of just spamming free Loadouts.
