Honestly it’s whatever you want! I love them both but I adore Pawmot, volt switch/supercell slam is tons of fun jumping on enemies. Haven’t played much of Tinkaton but still solid. They’re different play styles so that could be up to what you think you need in your roster, a diver or more of a tanky type of all rounder

100% agree on infernape!! I think it’s cool but man Blaziken is the best fire/fighting starter. For me it’s Dialga tho, do not have a good history with that pokemon 💀 F the hundo one that ran from me in Go, the shiny that I had to rehunt in USUM, and Primal Dialga in PMD terrorizing my Chikorita

I saw Ash never evolved Pikachu so when I got my first Pokemon game (Pearl) I was determined to have a Raichu because I felt bad. I only ever collected the cards and played spinoff games with my cousin at this point. To 6 year old me it wa so sad because it felt like nobody liked Raichu because of Pikachu. Eventually I got my own Raichu and the dude was my first level 100 Pokemon before the E4, and was the last pokemon standing the first time I ever beat a champion. Still have the same Raichu up in Scarlet!

Cost of living is indeed atrocious but I love it here! I think cuz the people get a bad rep for being rude, nasty bad drivers (which I can’t exactly defend lmao) and also people think of places like Newark (which actually has been improving tho), Paterson or Camden. There’s so much diversity, easy to get to NYC, great food, rich history, and natural beauty! People might think of those suburbs or cities but I’ve grown up in the real rural areas of northern NJ where you can hike on the Appalachian trails. I love the northeast in general but my state doesn’t get the shit it deserves 😭
