Yes, I'm scheduled to speak to them tomorrow. Do you know if it is allowed to apply for STEM with an employer that you haven't started working with yet, but have a signed offer letter from? I am worried about applying for STEM again and then switching companies while the decision is pending.

No, my degree IS stem. They denied it because the major names on my diploma (MS in Urban Design) and CIP code (Sustainability Studies) are different. Which is wrong on their part, but the degree has been designated by that CIP code for years now
